If I was on the west coast, I would have it right now. That's all I'm going to say.

this one was on ebay 4 months ago. Went for $2600 if I remember correctly. I can tell because of the paint. I would love to snatch it up. Would love it more if it was the even rarer black with lipstick red leather. I had a white 87.5 with the red and digital dash. Loved it

I've always wanted one, Lipstick red would look great on the interior though.

Damn. It's in my city too. Wish I could convince my fiancee to give up her Camry for a 30 year old Audi. Probably not going to happen though.

Haha, convince her that it's better somehow.

Popular attitude from the Audi owners...

Sad, but relatively true

Can't judge them for it; I'm just trying to get a VW product so that I can have the same attitude...

Yeah, I know that I'm always super defensive with my Audi. I'd highly recommend VW auto group products in general, the only thing is that the dealers aren't great.

Well that's fine, because it'll be quite some time before I'm in a place to buy something from a dealer.

I bought mine off a car lot last year

I don't know why, but I sort of like worn in cars anyways.

I do too. I'd be paranoid about putting the first scratch, dent, stain or blemish on a car. Also all the cars on the lots cost too much money. And lots are shady, 90% of the time.

Specialty place where I got mine, it was off a lease I believe. I'm also always afraid of that first Ding, Scratch, or anything in between.

Nice, I've always had a thing with E36 M3's, now here's a mildly photoshopped picture of my car.

I have a thing with them too, but I don't want it as a DD for much longer. I'll wait until I can afford one in nicer condition.

Nice car! I love the A4.

Thanks! Same to you, How about the E46? That Imola red interior tempts me so much.

This isn't too far from me. I spoke with Mrs. Spaceball and she stated that one Audi in the driveway was enough. Sad.

I need to really drive one. It seems like a nice car, but I think I'd rather have an A4 of the same vintage. Just from outside observation, MPGs are a bit down, seems a little heavy, I would rather have AWD and better gas mileage for the same approximate weight. I realize I give up power and RWD hoonage for this, but I honestly wouldn't toss an E46 around carelessly anyway. Plus I think with an A4 I'd look a bit less of a tool.

It's a good car, it gets fairly good gas mileage. Mine is Quattro, so it does nicely in the snow, I bought it with 85,000 miles, and it's been pretty much problem free, except that every single clip on the interior has broken, and I've had a small issue with it consuming oil. For a good balance of power and A4, you should look into the S4, or the 3.2 A4. I have the 2.0, and performance isn't that great.

Man, I'd love the crap out of an S4. But I think it's basically a pipe dream for me, at least for the foreseeable future. I would definitely look into the 3.2 or else I'd do some tuning (but not ricing).

Kinja'd!!! jkm7680 > ddavidn

Yeah, I wish I had an S4 also, I suggest the S-Line package also, it's basically the body kit from the S4, put on the A4. Trunk spoiler, S4 door blades, new grill, new rear diffuser, sport suspension was also an option, but I can't speak much about it because I don't have it.

Good luck!, and if you want to know anything about them let me know!
